Planning your visit to Orange County Convention Center: buildings, halls and entrances

The West Concourse address is 9800 International Drive. The North Concourse uses 9400 Universal Boulevard, while the South Concourse uses 9899 International Drive. All are in Orlando, FL 32819. Confirm your event’s concourse and hall before setting your route; use the official directions and floor plans to locate your entrance.

Prepare for exhibiting at OCCC

Start your booth brief with the event name, building, hall, booth number and stand dimensions. Include your product displays, storage needs, meeting areas and any equipment that needs power or connectivity. Ask your builder to explain how the design will be installed and dismantled within your show’s schedule.

Review the organizer’s exhibitor manual alongside the venue’s exhibitor guidance. Agree who will arrange freight, place service orders and check submission deadlines. Keep those responsibilities visible in your quote so you can distinguish booth construction from separately ordered services.

Plan your hotel and arrival route

The campus has pedestrian connections to several nearby hotels, but each connection serves a particular part of the venue. Check the official access map against your hall before choosing accommodation. For rideshare arrivals and departures, follow the venue’s designated pick-up and drop-off information for your location.
