Social Media Strategies Summit - Higher Education was an outstanding event. The content was great and the networking opportunities were outstanding. I learned several things that I have already begu...n to put into action back home. Also, I did not expect to to come away with a feeling of validation. What I mean by that is that challenges I face at my institution are not unique to me.
