IFMA World Workplace 2025

Founded in 1980, IFMA is the world's largest and most widely recognized international association for facility management professionals, supporting over 23,000 members in more than 100 countries. Thi...s diverse membership participates in focused component groups equipped to address their unique situations by region (142 chapters), industry (1​6 councils) and areas of interest (six communities). Together they manage more than 78 billion square feet of property and annually purchase more than US$526 billion in products and services. IFMA's annual World Workplace conference is the premier event for Facilities Management professionals. In its 40th year, the IFMA mission has been to advance the FM profession. It has done so by establishing internationally recognized certificates and credentials, established accredited degree programs at the graduate and undergraduate level, lobbied to create a standard occupational classification code for FM with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, and most recently, played a leadership role in developing the ISO 41000 Facilities Management Standards series. Not limited to the U.S., IFMA also hosts World Workplace events in Amsterdam, NL scheduled for March 2020 and Shanghai, China in April 2020. Voir plus
