Coming in short of expectations

Let's start with the bad: attendance. This was perhaps the smallest event I have been to in 5+ years. Initially billed as a premiere conference with several hundred c-level attendees, I counted no more than 50 in the exhibit hall and maybe the same amount attending the lectures. As a speaker, it is never ideal to speak in front of half capacity, but the a/v staff was exceptional. As an exhibitor, obviously I was not impressed by attendance. On the positive side, the folks at Incite did an amazing job and the event coordinators were excellent.Let's start with the bad: attendance.
