E-commerce Xpo Kortrijk 2023

Good setup with nice speakers and exhibitors to get some extra insights about ecommerce.

Although the XPO is held in a great building, organisation and information to the exhibitors and the exhibitors have been doing their best to realize a great 2 days, the number or visitors was dramati...c. Not just 'disappointing' but really more almost 'none'... or the second day in the morning almost 90% students... We collected more business cards from other exhibitors than attendees... Does that sound like a succesful fair ;-( Having said this; the organisation behind XPO Kortrijk should consider whether they want to organize this event next year again.... I think the setup was great but unfortunately, it did not bring more traffic. Some simple changes can maybe do good next year: - Reduce the event to 1 day, with students in the morning from 09:00 t...ill 11:00. - Move the event from Monday to Wednesday. People want to start the week within the office and an event on Wednesday is a nice break of the week. - You could reconsider if Kortrijk is a good location. Maybe Gent, Mechelen or somewhere else closer to Brussels and Antwerp requires less time to bring a visit. En savoir plus

I attended the E-commerce XPO as an exhibitor with the company I work for, Clever. It was a great experience and it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with new interesting people. The organisation... was also very professional, the snacks were delicious but the coffee could be better to be honest. The Keynote by Valeria Dominguez was the highlight of the E-Commerce Xpo 2018 in Kortrijk. Goede organisatie, duidelijke communicatie, snelle hulp vanuit organisatie... Naar ons gevoel iets minder business opportunities.

Orginasation is solid, food and drinks and faciliations are great. We would like a bigger booth! our photoproiducts don't really fit in the small booth. The quality of vistors could be better! Not so ...many people this year and a lot of starters. While ecommerce is getting mature the visitors type does not really match our ideal target person. Not so sure we are attending next year.
