Web Summit Lisbon is the largest tech conference in the world. It takes place from the 4th November until the 7th of November. It has been described as “Davos for Geeks”, “the best tech conference on the planet” and “Glastonbury for Geeks.” In just six short years it has seen astronomic growth with attendee numbers rising from 400 to its current number of over 70,000. This year’s conference will see 1,200 speakers, 68% of attendees will be in senior management positions, over 2600 journalists will be in attendance and over 170 countries will be represented at Web Summit Lisbon.
