Rock 'n' Roll Seattle includes a two-day Health and Fitness Expo before the race, which all participants must visit to get their race parcels. Free and open to general society, this expo includes the most recent running technologies, fitness attire, wellbeing and nutritional information and interactive showcases. Get some very late essentials before race day and make certain to visit the Brooks Official Merchandise Store. All runners must visit the expo to get their race number, gear pack and shirt.
