Well staffed, great place to showcase business in this thriving industry
The most critical component I found at this event that is usually difficult at other expos is finding willing and well informed staff to answer questions, help with set-up and provide all resources necessary to insure your money was well spent. The staff could not have been more kind and generous with me prior to my speaking engagement. Not only did they assist in my set up but insured I had a packed house, by driving attendees to the upstairs room. THAT IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank you. The only negative, and I believe this is not the fault of the organizers but that of the venue, is that there was absolutely no seating. These events are an opportunity to meet with current or potential vendors, clients and investors. The expo floor is usually very busy and loud and we usually head to a quiet place to conduct these conversations without having to leave the venue. There was infinite empty square footage at the lobby that the venue could have filled with seating to accommodate such meetings but instead security constantly disrupted our efforts to meet.
