Great talks attracting the right retailers. Would exhibit again.
We had some interesting conversations with prospective clients, definitely would exhibit again.

Great place to make connections!
Our primary focus was to look for potential partners among the exhibitors, and orient ourselves better with the eCommerce UK landscape. We achieved both goals, I found the atmosphere was collaborative and friendly, and I will definitely attend next year.

IRX 2019 - An Overview.
IRX is one of the best opportunities for eCommerce companies to connect with retailers and other agencies. I do think that this year the footfall was a little down on last year, however, the way it was set out meant that the traffic was more concentrated. A solid expo and a good opportunity for branding - however, could do with more footfall.

Position your content better
A lot of the value of the show is educational. I watched some of the workshops from our stand and some were very light on attendees. Either the content was poor or there werent enough visitors. If the education value dies, the show will. Sell less workshops at 4k and improve the content. Attendees.. we felt it was very SME orientated, again maybe the content / same old thing.

Attendee Numbers dropping
I have attended both as a vendor and as an attendee, this year the numbers where lower and not as many of the large tech partners took stands.

A brilliant event with lots of fascinating companies.
This trade fair was a great opportunity to learn about new technology and ideas in the world of ecommerce.

This was a good show
Overall the arrangement was nice, however the Wifi really was bad. Also, the footfall was not really what we expected, no real conversations.

Definitely a great event, but it was very quiet
If our stand hadn't been by one of the theatre doors we would have really struggled to talk to people I think. By 3:30 on the first day it was practically empty, and the morning of the second day was extremely slow to get going. We had a speaking slot in the theatre on the morning of day two, and were so worried that nobody would be around to see it, but luckily right before our talk people started queuing up! That part went really well and enabled us to talk to more people definitely.
