The Midwest has long needed a photography conference to serve and bring together the many people in the communities of photography, modeling, and hair and makeup artistry. Chicago is the perfect setti...ng for a fantastic photography conference that not only brings together all those communities to collaborate and create, but the experience at ClickCon with the industry’s leading speakers teaching hands-on workshops is just phenomenal! ClickCon has grown into a busy 3 day conference, with the opportunity to take up to 8 workshop-style classes and photo walks. PLUS the trade show floor is awesome! There are vendors to teach you how to use their latest products, gear you can test out, tons of great deals on things to buy, and best of all, there are so many shooting bays where the lights are set for you and the models are decked out like it’s a magazine cover shoot! Best of all, the models are prepped by the in-house HMUA team made up of professionals in their industries. You can also get a Model on Loan for an independent shoot. After hours shoots go later into the night and also start before sunrise. We get to shoot all over the downtown and lakefront & parks areas of Chicago because ClickCon has a blanket permit to photograph in the city the week of the conference! For the price, especially when compared to the prices of other conferences, it’s a fantastic deal! You get 3 days of education, mentoring, and hands-on experiences, sooo many opportunities to network and meet with like-minded individuals, and the online community helps one another all through the year so you always have someone to help you out if you have a question or need help. Sherry and her team really go above and beyond to support their community all year, even having a ten month long virtual conference in 2020 when the pandemic shut in-person things down. It’s been a grand experience to have been at the first ClickCon in 2019 and to have seen it grow. As if the conference itself weren’t enough, they put together an optional day at the end of the conference. I’ve attended Max Day each year and the organizers continue to outdo themselves. Really, there aren’t words enough to convey it all here. The pictures from each ClickCon however speak for themselves. And they speak volumes. Go experience ClickCon for yourself. Lots of classes to attend but only possible to scheduled six , so had to be very select. Two evening Photo-walks which were pretty much additional classes. Some opportunities for one on one sessions... with models during the day and evenings. The Hilton Palmer Hotel is a wonderful historic hotel with lots of photo opportunities. I plan on going back and will get even more out of the experience next time around because I will have a better idea of how to use my time there. Voir plus

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to attend Clickcon. So many classes you choose from. Photo walks are amazing and you are hands on with your speaker/ teacher. They also have models who are available... at all time if you don't want to take a class. But let me tell you I've grown & learned so much just in the last 2 years. This is the BEST photography conference I have ever been to. Clickcon is what's happening!! If you're not here you're missing out! I have gone all three years, and it just keeps getting better and... better. It is above and beyond all my expectations every year! Very organized. Everyone involved gives it their all to make sure everyone has a great experience. It truly does feel like a family atmosphere. I have no idea how they make the low cost of the ticket include so many fun opportunities. The classes, photo walks, models on loan, the sales floor shooting bays, and parties are awesome!! Definitely buy the max day ticket, that's where the magic happens. Clickcon also hosts amazing themed photo shoots throughout the year for attendees. This is seriously the best conference I have ever attended. The directors are extremely helpful and always available to you, the click con staff are friendly and attentive and the event itself is orga...nized from top to bottom. The HMUA team is full of talented artists, wardrobe contains pieces from some of the best Chicagoland designers and speakers teaching classes are some of the best in the business! There is no doubt that you will get your money's worth out of this conference, whether you are a photographer, mua or model- there is a ton to learn, experience to gain, content to create and friends to be made. I was very impressed with the organization, the well put together app, schedules and classes. I could see how much work was involved in putting this together and really appreciated it! Everyone was ve...ry professional, but genuinely nice and helpful. I loved the variety of options for lunch, the swag bag and the accommodations at the hotel. Classes were not only very informative, but fun. This event helped me to showcase my skills, meet wonderful people and I will most definitely attend again! Voir plus

I attend the very first and one of the Original Clickconers. It was exciting since it was I. Chicago and still is. I met new photographers and different styles and ideas, practicing my craft and buil...ding my portfolio without having to do all the hard work myself to set up style shoots. No need to look for models, HMUA, or pulling permits; this conference does it all for me. Thank you; keep it up! Voir plus

This was my first Click Con event and let me tell you, I can’t wait to go back! From the feeling of being welcomed by some of my idols, to the education we received in a short few days… this was by fa...r one of the best experiences as a photographer! I also had the opportunity to model and the HMUA teams were INCREDIBLE at making time to take me and make me look and FEEL beautiful. Kudos to the directors!! You guys did a fantastic job!! Voir plus
