The 79th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australian Orthopedic Association will be held from October 6 to 10, 2019 in Canberra. The theme of this year's meeting is "Teamwork and Commitment", and there will be a wide variety of speakers, not only discussing contemporary orthopedic practice and scientific progress, but also ways to better work together , surgically, with industry, research organizations, the government, and the community at large. Two of the invited speakers have extensive clinical experience and demonstrated how to mobilize resources for various medical and community goals.
