They are scammers and froud, dont sign anything.
I received an email about the invitation to participate in the exhibition. I replied that I wanted to familiarize myself with the offer, they started to called me at Watsup and tried to persuade me to... participate in the exhibition and register my participation. They said I wouldn't have to pay anything, that this reservation was only temporary and could be canceled if I changed my mind. They didn't mention that there would be any penalty or that this reservation could not be canceled later without any consequences. This is how they misled me and when I sent a letter to cancel my membership, they started extorting money and threatened me with a debt collection company. Don't fall for these tricksters and liars.
From company Fortem White Label Ltd (formerly Prysm) calls and sends you a booking form to reserve place at the White Label World Expo, but actually this is a contract that stipulates a penalty for ca...nceling the reservation and then forces you to pay using Credit Management company. Be careful of these scammers: Nehman Khan, Sam Thatcher, Connor Crossley. Leer más

3 Reasons Not to Exhibit at White Label Expo
Last year we bought a booth package to exhibit at the White Label Expo. Our goal in exhibiting was for both brand awareness and lead generation for our software solution for e-commerce. Here are five ...reasons not to advertise based on our experience: 1. Poor Attendance - we were told be the event organizers that over 15,000 people would attend. After the first day, it was apparent this was a huge lie. The organizers claimed that over 10,000 people attended the first day. From our own experience in attending sponsoring several events over, we knew this number is grossly inflated and estimated that only about 3,000 attended the first day. 2. Low Quality Attendees - A vast majority of attendees are entry level e-commerce newbies seeking to find a new side gig or start their business. This means most aren't not prepared to spend on software or other expensive solutions while they get started. 3. Expensive Extra Costs - The organizers don't provide any echibitor services like internet, furniture, power or badge scanners. You have to utilize 3rd parties for all of these services and they contract with really expensive providers, so your expenses start to sky rocket. Overall, there are much events to reach audiences who are focused on e-commerce, seeking new products and or that need e-commerce services like logistics, shipping, design, etc. Leer más

Please be careful when engaging with The White Label Expo
This review and roadmap aim to shed light on our unpleasant, intimidating, and borderline unlawful experiences with White Label Expo and Fortem International. I am providing guidance to other small bu...sinesses that may encounter similar situations and how to navigate them. Phrases You Will Hear: * "I moved an important meeting to take this call." -- Be cautious when you hear this phrase. It's often used to create a sense of urgency, but it may not necessarily indicate genuine interest or commitment. * "We are completely sold out, but we've made room for you. We are converting an office on the show floor for your booth." -- Exercise caution when offered last-minute accommodations. Verify the feasibility of such promises and assess their impact on your participation. * "We thought we were further along in conversations." -- This phrase might be used to pressure you into making quick decisions. Ensure that all commitments and terms are clearly defined in writing before proceeding. * They will offer you easy stuff like as many badges as you want. -- While extra perks can be enticing, don't let them distract you from verifying the core commitments and benefits outlined in your agreement. Ensure that the essentials are delivered as promised. "The Contract:" * This is no more than a terms and conditions sheet. -- Don't be misled by the term "contract." Ensure that you thoroughly review and understand the terms and conditions, seeking legal counsel if necessary. * They will ensure you do not have a copy of it. -- Insist on having a copy of any agreement you sign. A lack of transparency regarding the contract should raise red flags. * IF they make specific promises, have them ALL outlined in the letter -- Do not let any promise be made by a verbal commitment. Make sure that they have to spell out everything in writing Key Observations: * Disappearing Act: After you've signed any form of letter or agreement, be prepared for a decrease in communication from their side. They may make excuses when they start responding, and they will start deflecting to other employees so there is no one narrative or contact. * Relentless Payment Requests: They may aggressively pursue payment, using intimidation tactics and fear to create a sense of urgency. Remember that you have rights and options. Actions to Take: * Write a Clear Termination Notice: If you encounter issues or unfulfilled commitments, write a clear termination notice detailing the reasons for termination. Ensure it covers the specifics of any misleading statements, unmet promises, or misrepresentation. * Save All Communication: Preserve all communication, including emails, messages, and recorded phone conversations, with the involved parties. These records can serve as valuable evidence in case of disputes or legal actions. * Join the Legal Battle: If you find yourself in a situation similar to ours, reach out to burak@grow-business.co.uk, who is partnering with other affected companies to initiate legal action. Conclusion: This negative experience has taken up the last 3 months of my time. I hope that this review and roadmap help you make a better decision before going into business with them and saves you 3 months of time. Leer más

SCAM ALERT Dont waste your time trust me.
Went to this event a few months back. wasn't great and the keynote speakers wasn't helpful. I then got contacted by them on the 29.06.2023 regarding a interest about booking a stand. they person i sp...oke to said it was quotation. he gave me a estimated price and then transferred me to speak to the CEO, when he did eventually talk to me he said to me he wants to send me a document and to enter my name. no point on that call did they both mention contract or even going into one. I only been advised it was a quotation. once i came off the call i found it was a contract and i sent an email immediately demanding them to cancel this. the next day i called after receiving a invoice for £2k i told them to cancel and they were refusing either I pay half the £10k which is £5k or the full amount. they accused me of lying and belittled me to say didn't i read the contract however at no point on that call was i able to as they forced me on the spot and and also forged my sisters signature which is illegal against the data protection act. they suppose to also let my other business partner know. which they did not and at the back of the contract it states that any quotation given by the organiser is only valid for a period of 20 business days from its issue. so im well within my timeframe. Also i have emailed them requesting my calls to be sent to me for me to listen to and I have also reported them to action fraud. what they are doing is illegal making people sign a contract by being deceitful. I will be taking legal action. a quote was all i was advised i never got told it was a contract. don't go to their event and keep away from them if they ring you don't fall into the trap. it's their way of eliciting money out of businesses and targeting them. Also forging my sisters signature is illegal an agreement to a contract should have both parties not one person. stay away from them honestly and all their events such as smart retail tech, business show, etc if you go on fortem international and then veiw their events those are the ones to stay away from. A quote is a Quote not a contract also calling me a liar is very unprofessional and shows how dodgy you are. adding to that the person on the phone also stated i signed a contract for company that does not exist and also that i wasnt talking to the CEO only to be told I am afterwards, they still have not closed the account and cancelled everything. Horrible experience- REAL SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS SCAMMERS! They are unethical business. After reading many reviews, it's obvious that this is the way they want to make money! Very unfair. We should have never done business with them. They f...orced us into signing a contract over the phone and when they sent the contract, it is not what we have agreed that they put in the contract. We did not get a copy of the contract as they just send a Docusing link so it's easy to scam with their deadlines and forced us to pay 100% of the fees. Their representatives are liars. NEVER trust what they say! They disappear after they had us sign the contract. Also very disorganized company and communication is ZERO or they just do this on purpose so we get lost in their tactics. ALSO They change show dates and still force vendors to pay and exhibit because they signed the contract. So they want the vendors to pay for a service they will never use and did not want because they signed the contract. Their show is 95% CBD Companies, we were not aware of this. Brought 0 sales to our business. NOT ALL the exhibitors they put on the website will actually exhibit, it's just another scam to trap you to make you believe that they are a reputable trade show with many vendors or in fact no company wants to do business with them so they do everything they can to sell and scam everyone on their way. False promise on marketing and barely a few attendees at the show despite their offer on free tickets. No increase in sales or online profile visits. This show has been a WASTE OF MONEY and TIME. Also, threatens many times to report to international credit collection. We come to realize that they target small businesses. We are ready to seek justice if this at least would prevent them to target more small businesses. Leer más

SCAM! DO not exhibit with them
They are con artists! They tricked me into a contract by using deceitful promises, promising multiple things, from website ranking and traffic (apparently they get 1.5M monthly visits, they get less t...han 10k!!) they also promised to help me get sales from their 'vast portfolio' and they made me sign the agreement on the spot, not allowing me to read their contract's unfair terms and conditions! They knew exactly what they did, and now they are trying to take legal action against me because four days after I signed the contract, I sent them an email saying I don't want to go ahead with this after doing further research!! they are an unethical business model designed to scam vendors and lock them into b2b contracts which unfair terms! Scam do not sign any contracts with them.
Sales rep Sunny Singh, liar and a thief. Do not sign any contracts with them. Show was disappointing, disorganized, and a huge scam to only take money from vendors. They automatically sign you up for ...future show and then hassle you for payment with creditors. We are in the process of filing a law suit against this company. Leer más

Complete con! This is a fraud for profit company.
I have never been lied to as badly as I was lied to by this company and their worthless employees. Alex is a real piece of trash, but he is just the norm for this company. We were told that only vette...d buyers from top companies were allowed in this show. We did not speak to a single person who was a representative from a real corporation. Talked to an individual with a Aramark badge for 5 minutes then when I asked her what she did she said "I sell beers at the football games." Spoke to a number of vendors who had a similar experience. This company is fraud for profit and I will join in with anyone who is interested in going after them. Any government agency that wants to investigate please feel free to contact me I will provide emails and testimony. Jonah@reefdrinks.com DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ON LEGITIMATE EVENTS NOT THIS CON!! YOU CROOKS CAN STAY IN ENGLAND WERE YOU BELONG! Leer más
