This 94th congress of SOFCOT, which marks its 101st anniversary, will focus on teaching and research in everyday practice. With the reform of the third cycle, teaching will no longer be the exclusive preserve of university hospital centers, but may also be delegated to non-university hospital centers and to liberal hospital facilities subject to approval based on a educational project. In the same way, clinical research is developing and must develop outside CHUs. However, it meets extremely complex regulatory requirements that should be known before any study protocol. This is why this point will be widely discussed during the congress.
