2019 was my first time attending the show. My company was exhibiting and I was able to walk the show to speak with other exhibitors, view their booths and the marketing/technology on display. I foun...d the show to be well organized. Huge booths with lots of resources can dominate one's time, but inside the show halls there were lots of great products that featured technology that will shape the future of construction. Not a lot of AI or automation yet. Probably something for the next show. Still a lot of focus on alternative energy and connected machines (telematics). Read more

Bauma should be split into several segments and become an annual fair

Bauma was an amazing experience. Ieko Media was invited by TopWerk to bring our VR presentation and showcase the future of realistic visualization that's rooted in 1 to 1 scale perception for accurat...e training environments. This system was first developed for AmeriTex, a Cement Pipe and Box making factory in Houston that contains machines produced by TopWerk. It was amazing to see all the professionals who came by, grabbed a business card, including the many women and families who often came 3-4 times which is a testament to focus, detail, and the ability to train even the youngest child minds.
