Women in Energy Sector (WIES) founded in 2016, is a voluntary group of professionals working together in the energy sector for encouraging involvement of both women and men at all levels of leadership to promote diversity & inclusion at work place. The mission of the group is to encourage collaborative working & having a dialogue on different working cultures in the energy sector. It also brings together leaders to share industry knowledge, strategies and experiences on enacting positive organizational change and personal growth. Need to create a world class awards and recognition platform that supports the recognition of individual...s and corporate organizations pioneering several innovative practices and processes, ‘Achievement Awards’ was born. Amongst this our other awards platforms are Felicitation Ceremony of Senior Oil & Gas Professionals & Offshore Achievement Awards (Dubai). WIES is pleased to announce the WIES Achievements Awards 2024 & Forty under 40 leaders recognition. Both the events are open for submission of nomination.
