Overall I found that there was a lack of organization in the main lobby around 10AM. This could have been better organized. Secondly, my mother who has been going for the past 6+ years said that the...re used to be a bulletin board somewhere to add your card/contact information to. Where was that? That could have been a great use to people. There was not enough meet and greets between brokers and distributors, etc. Need to have more opportunities for brokers to get in contact with clients. The show was great this year and did not disappoint. Innovation and investment in the industry seems strong. I had a great chance to connect with my business partners, clients, and industry friends.

I really enjoyed the quantity and quality of exhibitors and that the booths are rather small and same-sized. Also focus on trend products all over the place was good. When it comes to flavours turmeric, rose and spices with a Middle Eastern focus. Products that Incorporate veggies in a number of categories with cauliflower in chicken tender crumb, tortillas, butternut squash in pretzels, in ice cream, mushroom snacks and lots more.
