Siggraph is a great opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues, talk shop and see what the industry thinks we should be doing. For the VFX industry this is the place to meet people and see if... it is what you want for a career, it was very refreshing to see lots of young new faces so that we have people that will continue the legacy of the journey from film to digital and beyond. I keep volunteering at SIGGRAPH, year after year since 1980. The Organization has allowed me to do all live-shows that I could create with projectors and venues. We have access to Exhibit venues and... Speakers. We publish - - We assemble. We get taught BY the Best A-list Developers, and we USE the Best Techniques with Rendering. We can create Live-CG with WHOMEVER we want to create with. Driving these Powerful Media moments EVOLVES yourself, and INVOLVES your audience. Next, we Visualize the Universe, and Define the Brain.
