Really good excellent business opportunities show was busy and we'll organized

I didn't attend last year but found this year to be slightly underwhelming regarding the range and quality of exhibitors. I expected to see more companies offering services around store evaluation and... shopper tracking, which is a growing sector now. The seminars were much better, with a wide range of interesting presenters. The biggest frustration was the limited number of seats and huge queues to attend the seminars. Excellent opportunity to see the latest tech and trends empowering retail. The only downside was that the presentation areas/stages were too small for the number of attendees who wanted to see so many... times had to queue or skip as no room, other than that a very insightful and valuable event for all players I the retail ecosystem. As an exhibitor the main reason we attend is for business opportunities and I felt this year the footfall was dramatically lower then previous years. We had a large stand, second row back so were hard...ly in the bleachers but the exhibition just seemed very quiet.
