DigiMarCon West 2027

I really don't like to be the guy who leaves a bad review, but in this case I think I'm doing a public service. This so-called "conference" was nothing like what was advertised. Did I fill my "toolk...it" with best practices, stay ahead of new trends, and so on? Absolutely not. Where do I begin? The speaker line-up was given at the very last minute. There were so few people there, I think about 40, and the whole vibe was subdued, almost dead. We were pitched at, we were given basic information over and over (mostly about Chat GPT as I recall), and we had long breaks, break after break it seemed. (Note to the organiser: I didn't go there for breaks.) I really don't care if digimarcon does conferences all over the world. Great event for learning new digital marketing successful efforts as well as networking with like-minded digital practitioners/strategists. Here's some of the things that stood out to me: -Really impr...essed by Robert Rose! Although familiar with The Content Advisory, hearing his take on the importance of content strategies was definitely a step above anything I've seen before. -Randy Rayess was pretty awesome going over the room, asking everyone to describe their business and providing specific digital marketing insights. -Liora Simozar was very direct & insightful on describing how they evaluate digital marketing efforts for Clutter and drop ones that do not match with their brand.Mehr lesen
