### Solid event with room for improvement — 3.2/5

Good organized event with some room for improvement on the speakers and possible format. 

Too many of the speaks or panel discussion were too much on the surface and not going deep enough into the topics from my perspective.

More time for panel discussion, better preparation on the topics and include audience more.

eTail always provides great inspiration for marketers. But it offers limited opportunities for exhibitors to interact with potential customers due to its format: Stands in a room. The organisers should allow exhibitors more liberty to create interactive experiences to generate conversations with potential customers. The format is too formal and dated. There are more exciting events to attend to generate conversations with potential customers.

Hope next time I would recognize more faces but visiting the 1st time truly liked it. It is not huge, very intimate and local, people are ready to talk. Loved it.
