Nice mix of diverse speakers (one of the few conferences to actually hit 50/50 gender split) and types of sessions to keep things interesting. The demos aren't pay to play and are purely based on merit, so ensures they're showcasing the best of the best. The organizers know who to invite. The room is full of the people you need to know in Fintech if you are a founder/startup in the Fintech space. The people I've met there became advisors to me, and I ended up working with a few. I also like the venues they choose. It's never a boring conference hall. You can see that they put a lot of thought into where to host the event, and how to organize it to be exciting, engaging, and valuable to the folks' in the Fintech community.
