## Description

Dionysud is a major trade fair that demonstrates innovations and techniques used for the wine industry. 

It’s taking place in the heart of the Occitaine region at the Parc des Expositions between November 6th to 8th. It’s the 14th year that Dionysud will be taking place.

At Dionysud pretty much everything you can imagine is covered as regards wine making including the type of machinery needed, packaging equipment, irrigation systems, nursery development and the overall tricks of the wine making trade.

It’s also a real melting pot for stakeholders in the industry to meet. The following groups will be represented, inter-trade unions, regional federations, technical organisations and institutional representatives.
In terms of figures from last year there were 120 exhibitors, 8000 visiting professionals and over 7,500 square metres of exhibition space.

The satisfaction ratings from exhibitors at last year’s event were phenomenal. 94% of exhibitors said they wished to return in 2018 and 91% believed they had achieved their objectives by attending the event. 54% of exhibitors gained new business contacts at last year’s event and 49% of exhibitors received business orders at last year’s trade show.

In terms of visitors at last year’s show 94% came to meet suppliers and discover new products and 91% said they would return in 2018.

There will be 34 talks given by industry experts over the course of the three days. Organisers have described Dionysud as an unmissable event and are looking forward to welcoming visitors to this year’s show.
