About this event This event has been created for students and recent graduates of marketing, arts, journalism, media, business and all other related backgrounds. It's designed to help sharpen your skills and crack the job market in 2022. Event summary In this immersive event you’ll learn from a multi award winning Creative Director, and Creative Lead at Instagram and Facebook, on how to create content that gets seen on social media and projects you onto the scene! You won’t just be passively listening on Zoom, not even actively listening. You’ll be put...ting every word of wisdom straight into action on the Challenge Showcase. You’ll get the opportunity to: Receive personalised feedback* Practice your new skills on a business case study Have your work reviewed by expert mentors in creative companies Be seen by creative leaders in the social media and marketing scene Build your portfolio *Top 5 submissions will be eligible for a free 30 minute mentoring session How it works - The event will run for just under 1 hour. - Over 30 minutes you'll deep dive and learn how to approach a social media brief and put your creativity to work. - You'll then have a few days to reflect and submit your response to the business case study. - The end result will be up to 2 social media posts you’ve prepared. - The top submissions will be selected by the panel of mentors and prizes will be awarded accordingly. - You’ll be provided with all of the particular details on how to submit your application at the end of the event, where any questions can be answered. - Follow up materials to support your application will also be provided to all attendees.
