If you're a long term blackbaud customer, BBCon is a worthwhile event to attend. There's a decent amount of presentations by blackbaud and 3rd party solution providers that can show you new solutions for your charity fundraising needs.

BBCON Australia is a fantastic conference. Well organised and smoothly run for everyone involved. I highly recommend it from both an attendee and speaker point of view. An event that has grown significantly over the years, I have been lucky enough to be engaged in BBCON most years since it started in Australia. We were engaged in the most recent 2019 event as a presenter. 

Don't think of this as a sales or marketing event for Blackbaud. Instead, BBCON is an opportunity for thought leadership, professional development and massive networking. Do not think twice about putting it in your budget for 2020.
