Overview

Guangzhou is vigorously promoting the construction of "good houses" with the industrialization concept of "building houses like manufacturing cars", aiming to establish itself as a national leader in this field. As the core engine of the Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou has incorporated "intelligent construction and industrialized buildings" into its "12218" modern industrial system for key development. Leveraging the advantages of industrial clusters and policy incentives, it is accelerating the establishment of new quality productive forces in the construction industry. In 2024, the total output value of Guangzhou's construction industry reached 881.69 billion yuan, w...ith a year-on-year growth of 7.5%.
