Overview

Sirha is one of the oldest food and gastronomy event in Europe. Year after year it has reinforced its reputation as a leading trade fair for the whole industry both in France and internationally, espcially in terms of gastronomy. The event features many animations that makes the Sirha a great experience for both visitors and exhibitors. It has 12 sectors represented, almost 3,000 exhibitors and 5 animations stages. It happens every two years in Lyon, the French capital of gastronomy. This is where all the eco-system of food service meet up and network, manufacturers and distributors.
