The Retail Week team were very welcoming and supportive. Talk tracks were very interesting and informative.

RWL is a great place for senior execs in the retail space to network and share ideas. The speakers on the main stage were inspiring and entertaining. The panels on the outside tracks were more of a de...eper dive into a few # of businesses and how they're tackling specific challenges (i.e. attracting diverse talent, etc). The secret speakers on day 1 and 2 were both amazing: a transgender woman's experience as both genders, & the guy that started the 'do something for nothing' movement. The 1 downside is the speaking tracks outside of the main stage use mics/headset so depending on the popularity of the session, you may be left without a headset to hear the presenters and/or standing on the outskirts.
