Need more exhibitors, although those who attended were innovative. Presentations were in spaces too small for the audience.

Plant based Conference was an opportunity to align the key messages between the consumer demands, product development opportunities for improvement and supporting nutrition data. The combination of ex...po and conference sessions provided both dialogue and the interactions necessary to improve business opportunities and meet consumer needs. It would wonderful in 2020 to have more technical sessions on how to improve plant based products by educate processors on the structure and function on ingredients to elevate taste and texture as well as meet food safety guidelines for convenience plant based foods and beverages. We were really impressed with the event. The speaker line up was really strong and we got great value from the sessions. The only down fall was that the exhibit was so busy at times the sound bleed in...to the speaker sessions was a bit of a challenge.There were so many exciting brands sampling products, we left feeling really inspired.
