This was my first time attending, but my colleague had been to previous events and assured me they were busy. I've been to the Digital Marketing Show at Olympia a couple of times, and seen how busy th...at was. By comparison, this event was quiet. We are also surprised that no one from the organising team made any contact with us during the first day. Someone did make contact the second day, but it felt half-hearted. They also told us the May event (that we were attending) would probably be canned in future - because it wasn't as busy as the November version. We learned lots about attending a show. The Business Show 2018 hosted a bevy of products—from different industries and verticals. It gave us an opportunity to connect with a varied crowd, understand unique business requirements, and pitch o...ur applications to a broader section of audience! But, yeah, the audience set was a little generic/naive—so explaining about 'cloud-based business' and 'online business applications' was a challenge. Overall, a good experience for us! Talks were good Well organised Lots of variety ALOT of digital agencies - which scared me, as I own one!! :)

A very qualitative show in terms of business opportunities for companies operating in the SME space. It's a massive event, we had some nice conversations and closed a few deals off the back of it.
