RISE 2025

Rise 2019 attracted a quality crowd from around the region. Startups were already pre-classified into Alpha, Beta and Growth so it was easy to navigate. There were interesting pitches. The ecosyst...em summit was a superb way to get a quick overview of the various ecosystems and to make the right connections there. The Venture Stage was rather small and it was difficult to get in. In only 2 months QCObjects was growing from 1000 downloads to 9500 downloads per month, and most of that was a result of attending to RISE as ALPHA Startup. We’ve been invited from the Web Summit orga...nisation to assist and it was a kind of awesome prize and experience showing the power of QCObjects in Hong Kong in such that massive event. There is a lot of innovation at RISE, cutting edge startups and good trustable investment ecosystem in an spectacular environment of fun and tech combined. So far so good except for the last day. Too cold that I got a fever. Many my colleagues had the same feeling.

I didn't find the name card wall this year in RISE 2019 in Hong Kong. I think this is a easier way for people to exchange the name card and find some business oppertunities.

RISE was a great opportunity for us to showcase our startup, talk to fellow entrepreneurs and of course get in touch with investors as well as business leaders from all sorts of segments.
