Retail Innovation Conference & Expo (RICE) 2025

This years show was amazing. Looking forward to many more.

This was my first IRCE. I'll talk about the bad news first: I was disappointed that lunches were not provided for attendees/exhibitors. The layout and direction was confusing and it was hard to have... my badge scanned as some exhibitors were unaware of how to retrieve their scanners. The distance between keynotes, sessions, and exhibit hall was all over the place and hard to navigate. I was unable to attend my sessions due to the confusion and spent all my time in the expo hall, as I knew where it was at least. Good news: I was pleased with the exhibit hall. The navigation and booth numbers were easily displayed. I also liked the split between the software and the storefront. I have little to no need for storefront, so I did not spend a lot of time over there. That was extremely well thought out and helpful. I really enjoyed the Keynote from Chip Conley. It was refreshing, unexpected, and insightful. I will weigh out my ROI and see if we should return next year. Thank you.Mehr lesen

IRCE was a great opportunity for our brand to see what’s out there from partners to industry education. It’s helped us have good discussions as a team as to what we need to evaluate as an e-commerce ...business. We also met some great new vendors that we look forward to engaging. Mehr lesen

Plenty of business opportunity. I would recommend to any companies in the ecommerce space, or any companies looking for what's new in the ecommerce world.

tried to schedule some meetings using the mobile app and it was basically useless

Great show and venue. There is a lot of opportunity in the room if you know how to work a trade show.

Of all the conferences I've exhibited at, IRCE had the highest quality attendees. Fantastic experience and we came away with tons of great connections.

Overall a great event. Met a lot of great people and nearly every important business in the eComm industry was represented at IRCE. Was a great way to build connections with potential partners. Myself... and my team met a lot of prospects as well but my primary focus was building business relationships.Mehr lesen

I like that IRCE and RetailX were combined into one event. I think there is a lot each industry can learn from each other. Most retailers can benefit from selling online, and can use the breakouts and... vendors to learn more about how. The RetailX is good to have there for eCommerce companies too so they can learn what it takes to get into the retail market. Mehr lesen

IRCE took a different turn this year and attracted a different crowd of companies and not the usual suspects. Although refreshing to see new wave of prospects, it wasn’t our ideal company size. IRCE ...was a great event to stay relevant in the industry though!!Mehr lesen
