### Well orginised, helpful staff, possibility for improvement in security staff attitude — 4.2/5

ICE is a very important show for us, therefore it is very important that nothing goes wrong especially during the set-up. The teams were very well organised and helpful, our only negative experience was with a security guy basically yelling at all the team 10 minutes before closure the last day to stop working, while we had literally 3 more pallets to load on our last truck. All the rest was great, everybody involved in the event organisation was very professional and helpful.
