## Description

How can we leverage DTx solutions to deliver personalized treatment interventions, hence better therapeutic outcomes in mental health? Which are currently the best evidence-based DTx solutions? What are the results on digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy so far?

Unlike other therapeutic areas, mental health can be a bit of an art, and at times relies on subjectivity in the outcomes analysis. However, digital tools could help to improve this through the collection of consumer-generated physiological and behavioral measures (digital biomarkers). This technology capacity to passively and objectively monitor digital biomarkers and the absence of accurate diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in psychiatric conditions, reveals the potential of digital therapeutics (DTx) in this field.
